A man interrupted President Donald Trump's speech in Chillicothe, Ohio, on Wednesday with a song about Jeffrey Epstein.

Robert Potylo, a self-described absurdist activist, began singing to the tune of the Village People's "YMCA" shortly after the President started his remarks. He sang, "Trump went on the Jeffrey Epstein plane," twice. The crowd booed the performance. Potylo then shouted, "Butterscotch shitler! Pumpkin spice pedo!" twice more. He goes by Robby Roadsteamer on social media. Epstein died in prison in 2019 in an apparent suicide. He had been close friends with Trump. In February, Representative Jamie Raskin, a Democrat from Maryland, said Trump's name appeared in unredacted Epstein Files more than a million times.

Potylo spoke to HuffPost after the rally. He said a Trump supporter knocked his phone out of his hand. "One of the fucking shit-clowns knocked my phone out of my hand," Potylo said. He retrieved the device from under a bench. He said he shaved his beard for the first time in 20 years to avoid recognition by security. He wanted to interrupt early to avoid listening to the full speech. "I don't want to fucking listen to him," Potylo said. He noted that he typically interrupts within the first five minutes of a speech. He cited previous interruptions of Steve Bannon and Charlie Kirk.

Security escorted Potylo from the rally. They handed him to local police. An officer kept Trump supporters from approaching Potylo outside the building. Potylo has a following online for trolling Trump allies. In 2024, he heckled Steve Bannon after Bannon was released from prison. He asked, "When's the next insurrection? Can we storm the Burger King after this?"

Trump claimed Potylo was a paid protester. The President said Potylo received $250 to attend. Potylo said he received more in donations after the video went viral.
